Revit event beat just doesn't work

Hi,

Bimbeats in my company is currently having weird issues where it cannot collect the info for Open, Synch, Saved, SavedAs action. It still can capture the other action but not for these for whatever the Revit files are. It happens right after we install the latest v1.1.39.2. Can anyone help me to find the cause ?

@PhucHo I cannot tell what might be the issue so I think the best way to address this is to contact @adam directly as he set you guys up initially. Correct?
